At Souqify, your satisfaction matters to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work when you shop with us.

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at hellosouqify@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm receipt of your request and let you know whether the return is approved and how to send back your item(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hellosouqify@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, personal care and hygiene items that have been opened or used, and items marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

5. Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Shipping costs, where applicable, are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
